ParkStrata began with a simple belief: the spaces we share should bring neighbours together, not drive them apart. We're on a mission to make strata parking fair, transparent and effortless, so every resident, visitor and manager can get on with what really matters.
A community project, at heart
Shared parking is one of the most common sources of friction in strata living. A single misused visitor bay, an unclear rule or a car left too long can quietly turn neighbours into strangers. We saw committees spending their evenings mediating parking disputes instead of building the communities they care about.
So we built ParkStrata as a community-first project, designed hand in hand with residents, committee members and strata managers. Our goal was never just software. It was to give every building a fair, shared system that everyone can trust, where the rules are the same for everyone and the outcomes are clear to all.
