Is ParkStrata really free?
Yes. The Free plan supports up to 3 visitor bays and 10 residents with no time limit. It includes QR visitor booking, email OTP, and a basic dashboard. No credit card required.
How long does it take to set up?
Most buildings are fully set up in under 10 minutes. Register your building, add your parking bays, and share the link or QR code with residents. No hardware or installation required.
Do visitors need to download an app?
No. Visitors just scan the QR code with their phone camera, which opens a web page. They enter their details and receive an OTP via SMS. No app download, no account needed.
How does geo-verification work?
When a visitor scans the QR code, their browser requests GPS location (with permission). ParkStrata checks they're within a configured radius of the building. This prevents remote abuse of visitor bays.
What happens if someone parks without a booking?
Building managers can see all active bookings in real time. Unauthorised vehicles are immediately visible. You can also maintain a vehicle blacklist for repeat offenders.
Is my data secure?
ParkStrata is hosted in Australia, uses HTTPS encryption, and follows the Australian Privacy Principles. Personal data is never shared with third parties.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. All plans are month-to-month with no lock-in contract. Cancel anytime from your dashboard. Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation.
